Privacy Policy

This page explains how Non GamStop Casinos, the editorial review site at artsystems.co.uk, handles information about the people who visit it. We have written it in plain English so you know exactly where you stand. This site is strictly for adults aged 18 and over.

What We Collect

When you browse our pages, our hosting and analytics tools gather standard technical data: the type of device and browser you are using, the pages you visit, how long you spend on them, and the broad geographic region your connection comes from. None of this identifies you as an individual. If you reach out to us directly — whether through our contact form or by email — we also receive whatever you choose to share, such as your name and email address, along with the content of your message.

Why We Collect It

Analytics data helps us understand which reviews and guides are most useful so we can improve them. Contact details are used solely to reply to your enquiry. We do not sell, rent, or trade personal information to any third party, and we never have.

Cookies and Analytics

Our site uses cookies to support basic analytics and to remember certain display preferences. No cookies are used to build advertising profiles. You can manage or block cookies at any time through your browser settings — most browsers include a straightforward guide to doing this in their help section. Restricting cookies will not prevent you from reading our content.

Links to External Casinos

Our reviews and comparison tables contain links to casino operators. Once you follow one of those links, you are on a site that is entirely separate from ours, governed by its own privacy policy and data practices. We have no visibility into what those operators collect or how they use it, so we strongly encourage you to read their privacy notices before you register an account with any of them.

How Long We Keep Data

Contact enquiries and any personal details attached to them are kept only for as long as is reasonably necessary to handle your query, after which they are deleted. Aggregated analytics data, which contains no personal identifiers, may be retained for longer to help us track site performance over time.

Your Rights

You have the right to ask what personal data we hold about you and to request that we correct or delete it. To exercise any of these rights, or to raise a concern about how we handle your information, please use our contact page and we will respond as promptly as we can.

Changes to This Policy

We may update this policy from time to time to reflect changes in how the site operates or in applicable guidance. Any revisions will be published here, so it is worth checking back occasionally if this matters to you.

This site is for users aged 18 and over. If you feel your gambling is becoming a concern, free support is available from GamCare and BeGambleAware.
